Korn Ferry and the INCLUDE approach in the time of COVID-19

As we struggle to come to grips with the new reality of the coronavirus pandemic, many of our jobs have moved away from our shared offices and into our homes. However, whether conducting our interactions face-to-face or via video chat, the fact remains that we still need to be inclusive with those we work with.
For some time, Korn Ferry has used INCLUDE as an acronym to form a list of behaviors that help us create a more inclusive environment at our work places. As the global health crisis continues to unfold, they’ve repurposed it to reflect what it means to be inclusive in this new landscape.
